CA Vinay Mruthyunjaya, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is one of the founder and Senior Partner of the Firm having more than 25 years of experience in every field of accounting, auditing and consulting profession. He has a brilliant Academic Record in Graduation and Chartered Accountancy. He is specialized in the areas of management Consultancy and Project Finance. He is the former Chairman of the Bangalore Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and former Vice-Chairman of the Economic Affairs Committee of the Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI). He is the past Regional council member representing the Southern India Regional council of The Institute of chartered Accountants of India. He has authored a book for Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association on “preparation of project reports and Documentation for short term and long term Finances” which was released by the Honorable Ex-Prime Minister of India (then Union Finance Minister of India) Dr. Manmohan Singh. He has wide contacts with Chartered Accountants, Banks, Financial Institutions ,Corporates and all over india.

CA M S Keshava, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is the other founder and Senior Partner of the Firm having more than 25 years of experience in the field of Indirect Taxes, auditing and consulting profession. Having a very good Academic Record in Graduation and Chartered Accountancy, he is specialised in the field of Indirect Taxes and Information technology related activities. He heads the GST, VAT and Service Tax division of the firm and has vast experience in handling accounts of big construction companies. He has wide contacts in Business circles and Corporate Houses operating from India. He is an active Sportsman, very enthusiastic in Cultural Activities and travelled around the world on Professional Assignments. He has travelled extensively and has presented papers on varied subjects, including on Information Technology, in various seminars and conferences. He is one of the proud members of GST Research Group formed by the Indirect Taxes Committee of ICAI.

CA Syed Jaffer is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, having more than 10 years of experience in the field of Direct Taxes. He heads the Direct Taxes division of the firm. He is well versed in tax laws and has a vast experience in handling search and seizure cases. He has been instrumental in structuring effective tax strategies to our wide spectrum of clientele. A man of action, he has a penchant for taking up impossible tasks and making them possible.

CA Prasanna K S is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having a good academic record in Graduation and Chartered Accountancy. He has completed the Certificate course on Indirect Taxes conducted by ICAI and heads the Service Tax division of the firm. Specialized in the field of Accounts, Service Tax and Internal Audits, he handles Indirect Tax matters, more specifically Service Tax issues, STPI / EHTP / DGFT matters. He has the ability to work for long hours to ensure the clients’ problems are resolved to the complete. He has closely worked with the senior partner CA M S Keshava on the preliminary studies of GST and is equipped with necessary knowledge to work on the implementation of upcoming GST Laws.

CA Rashmi is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. She has been an integral part of the firm for more than 5 years handling various responsibilities including Statutory Audits, RBI / FEMA compliances, ROC compliance, compiling & preparing Project Reports (including Financial analysis, Market analysis, Operational Plan etc.) and Direct taxation. She is currently handling Mergers, Acquisition and restructuring of businesses with FDI / ODI compliances. She has experience in assisting both national as well as international clients in building a solid platform through financial planning and adhering to statutory requirements. Additionally, she is pursuing her course on IND AS and providing assistance to the Clients in the implementation process. She is actively involved in providing regular training session & updates to clients on various matters relating to Corporate Law and Taxation.

CA Rahul Vasudev, is the youngest partner in the firm. He completed his articled ship training in the firm and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He is also a qualified Information System Auditor (DISA). He currently handles the CFO Outsource Services, System Audits & Forensic Audits. He has acquired necessary skills and knowledge in hand holding businesses to handle strategic matters in the most efficient manner. He is also a ‘one point contact’ for some of the key clients of our firm. He is a sports enthusiast and also a trekker who has completed couple of High Altitude Himalayan treks.
